I made this cake for my husbands annual Oktoberfest Party. I started by stacking six 8" chocolate cakes. I used my homemade fondant to cover them and shape the barrel. I used sugar to make the ice, and my husband made several personal labels to put on empty beer bottles. People kept on touching it, not realizing that it was a cake. It was a big hit at the party!
