This is the second time I got to make my "Death by Chocolate" cake. They are so much fun! Can't go wrong with a Chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling with chocolate butter cream frosting, topped with chocolate ganache. This time I made a few gum paste plumerias to decorate the top.
