Humming Bird Cupcakes

I just whipped these up for a church potluck.  The recipe for the Humming Bird Cupcakes can be found in the Food Network Magazine.  I used my own cream cheese frosting recipe and toasted some coconuts to decorate the rim.  Not only did they look good, they were a nice light tropical flavor. 

Teacher Appreciation Cake

This cake was for a birthday party of a good friend of mine (who just happened to be a teacher).  It's a 1/2 chocolate sheet cake (don't remember if I added a filling).  I used chocolate ganache for the chockboard and modeling chocolate and fondant for the accent pieces.

Baby Block Cakes

These cakes were for a baby shower.  Each cake was a 4 1/2 x 41/2 x 5 white almond with strawberry filling.  I like how I placed the third block on top, but it was a little scary driving to the shower.
